SVEA, Platform Sweden’s AI chatbot, is provided through the external service provider SiteGPT. SVEA uses functional cookies and similar technical technologies to establish and maintain chatbot sessions and to provide the chatbot service.

These technologies may include session identifiers and other technical information required for the chatbot to function. 

SVEA does not use cookies for advertising or marketing purposes. Information about the processing of chatbot conversations, including the use of external service providers, is described in our Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

Users should not submit classified information, sensitive personal data and unnecessary personal data to the chatbot.

YouTube

PlatformSweden.com contains embedded videos provided by YouTube. When you interact with an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may use cookies and similar technologies and may process information relating to your interaction with the video. YouTube is an external service provider and its processing is subject to Google's and YouTube's own privacy policies and terms. YouTube-related cookies or similar technologies are not set simply by loading a page containing an embedded video in our current implementation.
